Passports enquiries

The Regional Passport Processing Centre in Paris no longer provides a counter service for customers applying for passport facilities. The RPPC continues to operate a drop off service at the Consulate entrance. This does not include Emergency Travel Documents. Customers leaving applications at the drop box will receive their passports via DHL from the Identity and Passport Service in the UK.

Why is the Passport Processing Centre no longer receiving personal callers?

The Western Europe and Near-East Regional Passport Production Centre in Paris now processes Passport applications for 18 countries. To enable staff to deal with the high volume of applications and make the best use of our staff resources it has been decided that we can no longer offer the counter service. This will enable staff to deal more effectively with the postal applications that are received.

I still have a question.  What should I do?
