Hiring British Embassy premises
The British Embassy in Paris can offer three venues for external events held by British companies or organisations or those with a British angle. Price levels vary according to the type of event, we therefore recommend that you contact us for prices, terms and conditions.
The Garden Terrace
The 230 m² garden Terrace is covered with a marquee from May to October and can be used for lunches, product launches, press presentations and evening receptions of up to 250 people.
The terrace opens on to extensive gardens stretching down to the avenue Gabriel. Up to 600 people can be accommodated in the garden.
The Entrance Foyer
The Entrance Foyer is an internal area of 70m², which is ideal for receptions or buffet lunches during the colder months, when an inside venue is preferable.
It is ideal for events of up to 100 people.
The Millenium Suite
The Millenium Suite Conference Room is a fully equipped 70 m² business area available for British companies wishing to hold seminars, press conferences, presentations and small receptions.
It has an adjoining kitchen and cloakroom area. Up to 80 guests can be seated in theatre style or 100 standing guests can be accommodated for a reception.
